About Sapphire Bookkeeping & Tax Solutions

Established in 2019, Sapphire Bookkeeping and Tax Solutions has helped businesses and individuals with their bookkeeping and tax needs at all stages of their business life cycle.  We take pride in being a small, woman-owned business and building relationships with our clients that extend beyond financial statements and tax returns. Located in Central Texas, we are happy to meet in-person with clients who live in this area. However, as a virtual firm, we are able to meet with clients all over the country utilizing secure technology and software. We are responsive and available to our clients when they’re thinking of making financial decisions which means they can take advantage of business opportunities and tax decisions as they arise.

Enrolled Agent: We are an Enrolled Agent firm. Enrolled Agents (EAs) are federally-licensed tax practitioners who specialize in tax preparation and have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. If you get a letter from the IRS, or worse, are audited or are the target of a collection action, your EA can speak directly to the IRS on your behalf.

EAs are trained in a wide variety of common and unusual tax situations. With the tax laws changing yearly, it’s more critical than ever to have a qualified tax specialist on your side when preparing your tax and financial strategy. The Enrolled Agent license is the highest credential the IRS issues.

Accredited Financial Counselor®: Working with an Accredited Financial Counselor®, you will be educated in sound financial principles, create a plan and work to overcome any debt, identify and modify ineffective money management habits and develop successful strategies to achieve your financial goals.  Our AFC® can also help you develop new perspectives on money in relation to family, friends, your own self esteem, as well as navigate the cultural and emotional aspects of money.
